Okay, the Harry Potter films are really best to watch all year around, but the first film has a truly memorable Halloween scene including a troll, some lucky magic, and the beginning of an unbreakable friendship.  Plus, with all the magic and the mystery of the Sorcerer’s stone, it’s a fantastical mystery that’s perfect for some more lighthearted and nostalgic Halloween viewing.  And in the end, you may as well watch the remaining seven films, as witches and wizards are a Halloween staple.  ABC Family will surely be having a Harry Potter weekend for you to conveniently tune in.
